This is the available data about the rate change of Gross Domestic Product in European Union. From current prices data and GDP deflactors (2000 base, Eurostat source) we calculated the table above, where we can see a decrease of GDP in Euro area (-0,7%) and in European Union (-0,3%) between the first 9 months of 2012 and the first 9 months of 2013.

GDP of Germany only increase 0,2% in that period...
