With a strong crisis over Russia and Russians, the Russian leaders increase expenses in war means with the excuse of a change in them strategic concept: NATO is a threat. But is not! The threat for Russia are it leaders that create an intolerable situation in Ukraine. Despite the intolerable errors of Bush Administration and the errors of the much more better Obama Administration that now are corrected, Russian leaders don´t have any support for it tyranny over Russia and over Ukraine. Russia must is a friend of Europe and United States of America and stop the same enemies of Humanity.
