«Ciudadanos oficiales de todos los grados y armas, soldados, marinos y guardias nacionales:

La Nación vive las horas más aciagas desde su nacimiento como república independiente y soberana. A la grave quiebra institucional y al atropello de los derechos ciudadanos, se suma la crisis humanitaria, que se traduce en escasez y desabastecimiento de los productos básicos; y en el atentado contra la salud. La población se ha visto obligada a permanecer en la calle, haciendo interminables colas para adquirir los alimentos básicos y en solicitud de medicamentos o de una atención médica adecuada. Todo ello, exponiéndose a la inseguridad desbordada en ciudades y pueblos, que cada hora enluta hogares y ante la indiferencia culpable de las altas autoridades. ¿Cuántos venezolanos mueren a diario como consecuencia directa de esta tragedia sin siquiera ser contabilizados?

Frente a este escandaloso escenario, quienes hoy deben responder por los destinos del país callan o dan como la única respuesta la guerra: la guerra económica, la guerra mediática, la guerra eléctrica, la guerra antiimperialista. Cuando la realidad es que, debido a sus prácticas corruptas, ineficientes e ineficaces, son los responsables de haber despilfarrado la mayor bonanza petrolera de nuestra historia, sumiéndonos en la pobreza, la miseria y el estado de necesidad, a todos los ciudadanos no amparados por el abuso de poder, ni incursos en la corrupción político-administrativa.

Ustedes, ciudadanos, hombres y mujeres que prestan servicio en nuestra Fuerza Armada Nacional, no escapan a esta realidad. Al igual que el resto de la sociedad, han visto mermar su calidad de vida, sus salarios y las posibilidades de progresar y desarrollarse con probidad en un servicio cuya más alta remuneración debe proceder del prestigio institucional. Pero también son ustedes testigos de quienes, dentro de sus componentes, ostentan sin pudor la riqueza habida en operaciones de contrabando, narcotráfico y corrupción. 

Por ello, y ante la ilegal pretensión de emplearlos ahora como verdugos de un pueblo que sólo clama por libertad, comida, igualdad, empleo, salud, respeto, seguridad y justicia, ¿será menester recordarles cuál es la esencia de la Fuerza Armada Nacional y qué espera la Nación de sus ciudadanos militares?

Juraron defender la patria, hasta con su propia vida si fuera necesario y se deben a la Nación, no a una parcialidad política. Su misión es defender la integridad territorial y la soberanía nacional; no plegarse a participar en operaciones de supuesto orden público, empleando las armas de guerra que la patria les confió. Eso sería contrario a los principios de proporcionalidad y progresividad que pautan las normas del enfrentamiento. En su actuación regular, deben tener presente que el respeto a los derechos humanos es universal y que su violación los haría reos de delitos que nunca prescriben. Para evitarlo, cumpliendo su deber, deben exigir órdenes escritas y precisas que señalen los alcances y propósitos de esas operaciones. Sólo así preservarán a la institución y actuarán conforme al ordenamiento jurídico vigente.

Estamos seguros de la reserva moral de nuestra FAN; de que ella crece cada día; de que los valores esenciales que les inspiran siguen vigentes y de que es sólo un grupo pequeño el que hoy hace mella, con sus censurables acciones, a la institucionalidad militar. A ustedes, hombres libres y de buenas costumbres, que creen en Dios y les duele el sufrimiento de su prójimo, en estas horas, apelamos a sus conciencias.

En medio de este escenario adverso, donde la crisis humanitaria se agrava cada día, avanzamos hacia un momento crucial para la República: la soberanía, que reside en el pueblo, se expresará en las próximas elecciones parlamentarias del 6 de diciembre. Esa voluntad deberá ser respetada y ustedes deberán adecuar su actuación a los mandatos de la Constitución, contribuyendo a velar porque la conducta de todos los participantes se ajuste, a lo largo de todo el proceso electoral, al ordenamiento legal y la equidad.

La Nación demanda de ustedes, ciudadanos, probidad, conciencia y valor; la certeza de que nunca usarán contra el pueblo las armas de la República. Que el toque de silencio siempre les recuerde el juramento prestado y a quienes deben su lealtad.»

Kurds of Turkey, Kurds of Iraq, Kurds of Syria: diffferent realities but they are the only hope against the enemies of Humanity.

The hypocrĭta leader of Turkey, a real tyrant that play a game with Democracy of Turkey since a lot of years are now much more revolted with democratic votes of Persons of Turkey: him party lost absolute majority for HDP linked to Kurds. And now triggered fire over Kurds with an incredible hypocrisy turned an attack of the enemies of Humanity against Kurds into a attack to PKK and destroy the fragile peace, with the support of PKK vengeance against the intolerable cumplicity between leadership of Turkey and daesh over named colaborators.

We remember very well the incredible position of leaders of Turkey about Kobane and the homicide by turkish forces of activists that tried supported Kurds in Kobane.

Speaking on the first anniversary of the 17 July crash in the east of Ukraine, president Petro Poroshenko said the Boeing 777-200ER had become a “target of a ruthless terrorist attack”.
He claims the attack was launched from eastern Ukrainian territory occupied by Russian-backed militants.
Poroshenko says a “highly-technological weapon” was used against the aircraft which, he states, “could have come into the hands of the terrorists only from Russia”.
While the Dutch inquiry into the destruction of the 777 – which was en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur – has yet to reach a final conclusion, Poroshenko accuses the Russian government and military of playing a role in the event.
“It would not have happened without participation, without a direct order from the highest political and military leadership of the neighbouring state,” he says, adding that the attack was a “barbarian act”.
Russian authorities have attempted to distance themselves from involvement in the crash, putting forward a number of alternative theories, although none has proven convincing.

 «Igor Girkin, the leader of Russian separatist forces in eastern Ukraine, was on Wednesday formally accused of orchestrating the shooting down of the Malaysia Airlines flight, MH17, in July last year.

A writ filed in Chicago also alleges that Mr Girkin was acting with the blessing of the Kremlin when his forces fired at the Boeing 777 en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. (...)

 Attention focused on Mr Girkin after a Russian social media page, with which his group was linked, claimed responsibility for taking out a Ukrainian An-26, adding, “We warned them - don’t fly in our sky.”
The post, which was swiftly removed, led to accusations that Mr Girkin’s militiamen could have brought down the Boeing 777 by mistake.
However the Donetsk People’s Republic has always denied responsibility for the MH17 disaster.
This has been challenged by the court papers in Chicago which claimed: “Flight 17 flew over the airspace of the area in which the aforesaid rebel army was waging its war activities and the rebel army under the command responsibility of defendant Girkin shot down the subject Boeing 777-200 aircraft.”
Mr Girkin, it added: “ordered, aided and/or abetted this action and/or conspired with those persons who fired the missile or missiles.”
Myroslava Reginskaya, a spokesman for Igor Girkin, who also goes by the non-de-guerre Igor Strelkov, said the former commander would not be responding to the allegations.
"We have no comment to make and we will not be making a comment in this situation. If these people are idiots then they are idiots," she said.

 The writ also alleged that individuals under his command “took responsibility” for shooting down the aircraft.
In addition the writ accused the Kremlin of being complicit in the atrocity.
It said the missile which brought down the aircraft came from Russia to the Ukraine.
“Defendant Girkin acted with the actual or apparent authority of individuals in the Government of Russia,” the lawsuit added.
Floyd Wisner, the lawyer who has instigated the action, has used the US Torture Victim Protection Act, which can be used against foreign nationals, to bring a case against Mr Girkin in an American court.
“It is not about money, it is about getting answers from Girkin and putting pressure on Russia to co-operate with the international tribunal,” Mr Wisner said.»
