Portugal rediscover Fortunatae Insulae (before 1336), knew by Phoenicians and Romans. The brutality against Guanches come later from Castile after 1402, with a great resistance from them that finish in 1496. Before Henry the Navigator influence the Portuguese control until 1459 with the expulsion of Portuguese by the revolt of Guanches and by the influence oof Castilian forces. In 1479 Portugal and Castile signed the Treaty of Pece of Alcáçovas-Toledo: Isabella was recognized as Queen of Castile while Portugal reached hegemony in the Atlantic Ocean with the exception of the Canary Islands, «The lands discovered and to be discovered, found and to be found (...) and all the islands already discovered and to be discovered, and any other island which might be found and conquered from the Canary islands beyond toward Guinea.»

Centuries later, in 2014 December, Spain wanted dispute the Portuguese archipelago of Ilhas Selvagens sea influence for it ambitions over sea space with trade off with Portuguese ambitions of control of sea in this zone of Atlantic Ocean.


Spanish ambitions are linked to the search of sources of energy like petroleum and gas by REPSOL with trade off with the environment in this area.

For Adriana Lucía is «una historia de gente anónima de nuestra tierra, gente que ha hecho de su vida un arte. El porro, más que un ritmo, es una manera de amar y de sentir (...) no es sólo un ritmo musical, sino que mezcla diferentes culturas de África, España y América, es una forma de vida, de amar y de sentir.»

«Continuamos a fazer um esforço de redução da despesa pública, que é sobretudo muito incremental e feito à medida que vamos aprofundando o processo de reforma do Estado, que vamos racionalizando recursos, que vamos negociando com contrapartes contratos existentes... em que vamos baixando os custos. A Ministra só poderá estar equivocada: se considerarmos como referência a despesa pública de 2011, ainda determinada pelo Orçamento decidido no final de 2010, a mesma não teria qualquer redução, se não fosse considerada a forte diminuição do investimento público (cerca de 2.300 M€), com o mesmo valor do forte aumento das receitas públicas, que implicam uma redução das necessidades de financiamento de cerca de 4.600 M€. E são os impostos sobre o rendimento e sobre o património (+2.600 M€) que determinaram o aumento das receitas.

Em 2014, os dados disponíveis de execução orçamental (até Novembro, óptica de contabilidade pública) apontam para o «ajustamento» ser realizado de novo por via de impostos (+2.086 M€) e de despesas de investimento (-1.164 M€), com diminuição idêntica de novo, ao total da despesa (-1.052 M€).

Conclui-se portanto, que o Governo de Portugal realizou «ajustamentos financeiros» por via de uma brutal tributação mantendo o status quo estatal, sem reformas e exercendo cortes avulsos que têm prejudicado o Estado Social.
