Yes in external markets with exception of energy with a big decrease of GALP refined products from petroleum, with a strong increase in 2013. This external demand have many exogeneous international chain values of Germany (Volkswagen -Autoeuropa, Gabor, ...), Inditex (Spain), Sweden (Ikea), Essilor (France), but also endogenous chain values of Portuguese groups and companies

The resultant is Poortugal by the continuity of a devaluated internal demand and market and by the not approach of developping that transcend growing and implicate sustainable future in all dimensions!

António Costa não queria eleições primárias, depois de não ter pressa estava com muita pressa, queria eleições directas, sem a participação de militantes recentes e simpatizantes, que agora se entusiasmam na adesão às eleições, muitos para votar em Costa? Espero que em minoria.

O voto em Costa é um voto no status quo, no passado, que lançou Portugal na sua grande vulnerabilidade actual ... a sua extrema vontade de poder sem ética leva-o a passar de uma sugestão de maioria absoluta por contraste com a «frágil» maioria relativa que tentou colar a umas eleições europeias não extrapoláveis, para uma grande abertura a um PSD «diferente» (cenário bloco central com Rui Rio). A sua vontade de poder leva-o a poder ser um representante de interesses de jogos de soma negativa em vez de ser representante dos interesses nacionais.

Não estava preparado para afirmar uma alternativa de ideias e projectos, afirma apenas uma alternativa pessoal que se baseia na fé mediatizada, que com ele o PS terá mais votos, na sua eficácia extrapolada das eleições autárquicas em Lisboa.

Na minha opinião António Costa representa uma cultura política que António José Seguro, os seus dirigentes e apoiantes, têm procurado transcender de mera representatividade afunilada: os eleitores dão o seu voto e depois sofrem todas as consequências das opções erradas para Portugal desfasadas dos programas eleitorais, que se fazem e fizeram no passado em nome do seu voto, sem qualquer possibilidade de intervenção e influência.

Muito há que mudar para dar mais poder às Pessoas que formam a Nação, que têm sido muito mal representadas (a actual posição é um exemplo flagrante) e que poderão ter maior influência por via, nomeadamente, dos seguintes caminhos:
- o que o PS está a percorrer graças a Seguro e aos seus apoiantes, à sua Presidente e pela negativa, sem o querer, graças à dialéctica lançada por Costa, as eleições primárias, rejeitadas pelos outros partidos;
- o caminho que Portugal deveria percorrer de abrir as listas de candidatos a representantes à efectiva escolha dos eleitores, bem como a sub programas diferenciados que esses candidatos representariam;
- possibilidade de validar o respeito pelos programas eleitorais através de votações intercalares, que obrigariam as maiorias a ter muito mais cuidado com o seu respeito;
- limitação constitucional dos níveis de tributação (com excepção dos elevados rendimentos) e de endividamento de forma a obrigar a Sociedade Política e o Estado a serem muito mais eficientes e eficazes na gestão pública, com clara definição de objectivos eleitorais e de controlo da sua realização e da justificação dos seus desvios, o que implica um envolvimento muito mais elevado entre posição e oposição, entre governo e governos «sombra».
