PAZ - PAX - PEACE

With the precious help of SIPRI works and database we can have an idea of the dimension of threats against Humanity that represent the market of military arms... incredible the return of Russia to an high level of increased expenditures...

Portugal have to much expenditures increased until the colapse with 2 submarines bought to a German consortium, like Greece, under many problems of corruption. Sell and purchase without responsability was one of the problems in Europe in a game of negative sum!

The data source of these graphics is the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) and these are some works that we can see in it site (http://www.sipri.org/):

«Russian military expenditure

The rising trend in Russia’s military expenditure, which started in 1999, accelerated sharply in 2012, with a real-terms increase of 16 per cent. The draft budget for 2013–15 contains plans for a further rise in nominal terms of just over 40 per cent by 2015. The increases come as Russia implements the ambitious 2011–20 State Armaments Programme and undertakes a wide-ranging reform of its armed forces, which many doubt can be implemented fully.»

«We have been working on this project for three years. An island and canal were made as part of the project. We also wanted to make a village. Currently we are making the tents and shelters. Once the village is completed, it will be used for both academic and touristic purposes.
