A partir da Origem da Vida vão nascer e evoluir muitos seres vivos, numa Terra sempre em evolução, até ao maravilhoso nascimento dos Seres Humanos (HOMO SAPIENS, Human Beings, -0,25 milhões de anos), a Mulher (MULIER, Woman) e o Homem (VIR, Man), criação divina com o Amor (AMOR) de Deus e fruto de uma longa e difícil Evolução (EVOLUTIO, Evolution)!

A Mulher e o Homem, cheios de potencialidades (potentialities) e de vulnerabilidades (vulnerabilities), nascem num planeta complexo, cheio de oportunidades (opportunities) e de ameaças (threats), um planeta com leis dialécticas (dialectical rules) que determinam evoluções e movimentações a partir de opostos e de cooperações: Amor/poder, bem/mal, empatia/entropia, saber/ignorância, comunicação/ruído, vida/morte, corpo/anticorpo, atracção/repulsão, acção/reacção, força/contraforça, veneno/antídoto, positivo/negativo, alta/baixa pressão, ordem/caos ...

Com Amor, com vontade de poder, com sensibilidade, com inteligência, com progressivo saber/ignorância, com força, com bondade/maldade, com cooperação/rivalidade, a Mulher e o Homem vão-se progressivamente descondicionar da Natureza, pelos seguintes factores:
- Técnica - os seres humanos herdam dos seus antepassados a posição erecta (evolução da coluna, dos membros, dos pés e das mãos) que lhe dão uma importante visão do Mundo em que vivem e a possibilidade de manipular matérias (madeira, osso, pedra, metal, barro) com outras matérias, com água e com fogo
- Linguagem - capacidade de expressão e de comunicação, capacidade de codificação/descodificação por via oral, escrita, pela emissão/recepção de sons harmoniosos (música), de desenho, pintura, escultura, dança e toda a forma de expressão artística
- Alimentação através de animais e de plantas - caça, pesca, colecção de frutos (o que existe na Natureza) até conseguirem gerir a domesticação e  criação de animais e de plantas na Natureza (agricultura, pecuária)
- Segurança - criação de armas que vão ser utilizadas na defesa/ataque em relação a animais e outros seres humanos e que determinam poder proactivo e reactivo
- Espiritualidade, Religião, Moral, Filosofia, Psicologia - os seres humanos têm cada vez mais consciência de si próprios e do meio ambiente que os envolve e procuram explicação para o Ser, para a Existência, para o seu sentido, para o ciclo da vida e para a morte, para o destino, para o comportamento, para a Divindade
- Trabalho - divisão familiar e social do trabalho para a transformação mais eficiente e eficaz da matéria em produto para satisfazer necessidades pessoais, familiares, sociais, o que vai tornar os seres humanos cada vez dependentes uns dos outros numa perspectiva pessoal, familiar, comunitária, social, intra e inter comunitária
- Movimentação/posição geográfica - desenvolvem-se possibilidades de nomadismo e de sedentarismo, de ruralidade e de urbanidade

A partir desta base vamos realizar uma viagem pela Pré-História, Proto-História e a História (HISTORIA, History), do grego ἱστορία, que significa Conhecimento por via da Pesquisa (SCIENTA PER INDAGATIO PARTA, Knowledge from Inquiry) e como todas as fronteiras que os seres humanos traçam é relativa  e tem como fundamento a existência de registos escritos. A História estuda as relações causa efeito que determinaram os acontecimentos no passado e que influenciam o presente e o futuro da Humanidade.

São repetidos e adicionados erros em relação ao Brasil

Talvez porque à centralização do poder a alternativa tem sido

But in this actual world incompetencies (many manipulated) don´t have consequencies (banks included), because Persons can´t vote in Wolfgang Schäuble, only can vote in CDU. That don´t means a democratic agree with him and him financial policies. The support in Germany about him policies is not democratic. The member of SPD Jörg Asmussen that come from European Central Bank to German Government have the same monetary rigidity of the German monetary disaster of XX century. Entrou em vigor o Orçamento do Estado para 2014! Mais um desastroso Orçamento desta desastrosa maioria PSD/CDS com apoio do Presidente da República do PSD:
«Saudamos a promulgação, salientamos que é uma decisão política no sentido da estabilidade e da regularidade (...) circunstâncias extraordinárias que Portugal atravessa (...) faltam menos de seis meses para terminar o programa de ajustamento financeiro, tornam ainda mais importantes estes sinais de normalidade e estabilidade (...) é o fim do programa (...) a possibilidade que os portugueses têm e merecem de voltar a ter um país que gradualmente possa viver dentro da normalidade e com soberania» Cecília Meireles (deputada do CDS)
Em relação ao PSD e à sua subserviência em relação ao Ministro das Finanças Alemão, não vale pena perder mais tempo.
Em relação ao CDS importa continuar a referir o seguinte: podia ter exercido o poder dos votos dos seus deputados para influenciar outro rumo para o Governo durante cerca de dois anos; não o fez, engoliu muitos sapos e quando disse basta e desestabilizou, mostrou que era possível ter feito antes algo; após ter ganho poder dentro da coligação foi absorvido na lógica cinzenta e consegue que a profunda reforma do Estado tenha sido hipotecada para além.

Foi uma grande oportunidade perdida ao longo de 2 anos e meio para se ter reorientado o Estado para a criação de Valor e o CDS poderia ter contribuído para isso.

Financial jungle of the eighties years of XX century create objective conditions for capitals moves for distant spaces of economic creation of value, of real support social and sustainable needs of Persons! Financial system leaded by banks created direct and indirectly, strong spaces of speculation without a real regulation. Crisis showed the deep distance between prices and values of a lot of merchandises, papers, futures, electronic mouvements.
But a lot of players as usual, win a lot of money in games of negative or null sum.
Political Societies and General Government of many countries deep linked to banks, supported big bubbles of speculation and the consequences over financial system with a big transfer to debt and taxes of the damages with strong processes of devaluation or fall of empolated prices.

Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Italy import, with cumplicity of Political Societies, a lot of problems of a not balanced economic system inside European Union that benefit Germany (submarines purchases is an example of corruption).

The answer of European Comission (EC) and European Central Bank (ECB) determinated by German Government and Bundesbank with the cumplicity of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and by the Governments of the countries was a disaster, with a badly linkage with Economists that legitimate the actions of strong devaluation of the Economies without a strong reforms in Political Societies and General Governments.

The incredible «front loading» was a great disaster that create more public debt with a laundering of the big mistakes of central banks and banks that don´t knew failures by a not liberal injection of a lot of money or by nationalization of losses.

The situation implicate that who win with bubbles pay the dammages and not the Persons by brutal taxes, that implicate the stop of freedom circulation of capitals!

Economists go on with empirical and pseudo scientifics points of view, with so many limits that turn them supports to ideological manipulation for defence of interests of lobbies. Liberal ideology are abused, freedom with not balanced powers create more fortunes and more poorness in countries, regions, cities, families, persons.

We need another alternative approaches that link better micro, meso and macroeconomic analyses with political points of view: Political Economy where empirical methoods are one more mean and not a goal! Is not possible a pure approach in human world. Economic Science must acept it assumptions link subjectivity with objectivity, link expertise with statics. The macroeconomic models must change with qualitative variables and more complex points of view link micro, meso to macro levels ...
